I began dabbling with ML and generating artistic images in early 2021. Turns out that this was not a great time to do so given my five year old graphics card and a worldwide shortage of new ones.

Despite my hardware being a bit old initially I was able to produce some pretty decent stuff, just needed to give it a bit longer to generate the outputs. By July 2021 I'd managed to get hold of a more powerful card which has sped up my process and allowed me to be able to tinker and try new things.
